Flower of Scotland Tartan
From the Highlands of Scotland
About The Flower of Scotland Tartan
This tartan was created especially to honour the late Roy Williamson, writer of both the words and music of 'The Flower of Scotland' now accepted as being Scotland's National Song. Bearing no affiliation or connection with any clan name it is available for all to wear.
The design is based on the setting and thread count of the Gunn tartan, as worn by Roy Williamson, using the traditional 18th-century colours of Lichen Green and Lochan Blue.
Universal Tartan
Flower of Scotland is a universal tartan, which means it is not associated with any specific clan or family and can be worn by anyone!
