Purchase any single-width Welsh, Scottish or Irish tartan fabric by the metre right here! Because we have access to so many tartans, which are available in either double (145cms) or single (80cms) width, we've split these widths into two products to make your ordering experience much easier. If you don't see the tartan you require here, check our double-width fabric product as it will be there!
- 100% wool tartan fabric
- Fabric is sold in whole metres (please get in touch if you need a specific amount, and we'll be happy to organise this over the phone)
- If ordering multiple metres, we will supply a single piece of cloth, at the length ordered (we won't cut your fabric into separate metres).
- Available in a variety of weights for all purposes: Light, medium and heavy weight.
- All fabrics purchased here are approx 80cms (31 inches) wide, also known in the tartan industry as 'single-width'
- An ideal choice if you wish to make something yourself from your family tartan, or pass it on to another tailor to have something crafted for you
